Scott restained the deck, then we put down turf grass instead of a rug since the deck isn’t covered. We bought some furniture on Wayfair that allows you to store cushions in the waterproof side table and coffee table so pollen and rain won’t ruin them.
We also replaced all the copper LED light posts and then got some poles at Home Depot/Lowe’s, and strung lights that we got from Walmart on them.
It’s like adding another room to the house. The trees are a natural canopy that shades most of the deck all day and creates privacy. It feels like you’re in a treehouse.
