Painted an old dining room suit passed on to me by one of my parents' friends and covered the chairs. I glazed the furniture with a gold glaze. The rug was damaged and so I got it for $50.00 at Home Depot. The houndstooth round table covering I found for $5.00 in a big crate at Bombay Outlet. I glued 4 old metal plates (passed on to me from my grandmother) that match the colors in the chairs on the top of the window to swag a piece of material on to make the curtains. This room has been done over a few times so you'll notice differences in pictures.
I began by transforming my own house, room by room and eventually started helping neighbors transform their houses. Today, because of word of mouth, I have a small business where I enjoy helping others with this transformation. I begin with what they have lying around their house, and work with their style and budget to help them transform their houses into homes.

Dining Room turned Office (few different options)
