Young Girl's Traditional Bedroom

A neighbor was tossing out an iron trundle bed that I gladly took off her hands and painted. The room was inspired by Pottery Barn. The bedding and pictures were from T.J. Maxx. The table and chairs and desk were from the Goodwill. I painted them. The dresser, desk chair, and floor lamp were all handed to me from my husband's grandmother. I painted them. The window panels were actually shower curtains I found at T.J. Maxx. My friend came up with the idea to put ribbons through the holes and tie them into bows to hang them from the rods. She also made ruffled shades to cover the shades on the lamps.
